  • If we haven’t met the brief by way of performance, audio quality or matching your special requirements (e.g. Pronunciation) you provided – we will revise it for you at no cost – easy!
  • Please ensure to include all revision requests at once. Multiple revision requests may be chargeable.
  • Revisions must be requested within 2 Weeks of the original delivery.
  • If you’ve decided to change the brief (eg. script, tone or pronunciation guide) after we’ve started your project – such revision may incur a change request cost.
  • Provide a pronunciation guide on unusual names/words/foreign words/words with multiple pronunciations. that may not be well known (in Step 2 of our order process using our built-in audio recorder).
  • If you have words that you want to be stressed, you can write instructional [comments] within your script.
  • Select the speed and tone of your preferred voice delivery in Step 3. (for example. Medium Pace, Friendly).

  • Voiceovers purchased from us are not for Mass broadcast, such as Nationwide TV Advertising. Before making an order, please get in touch with us for a consultation if you require this.
  • We collect information for various purposes to provide and improve our Service to you.
  • We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on our Service and hold certain information.
  • vidVoices (Living For Music Ltd) will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is secure, and we will not give out your Personal Data.

1. Project Briefings must be detailed and thorough. Any change requests or additions outside of the original briefing will be chargeable.

2. You must provide Pronunciation Guides on unusual words by either phonetic spelling or audio recording (Names, Businesses, Addresses, uncommon words/pronunciations, etc.). Revisions will be chargeable.

3. Delivery includes one take of the script provided

4. Our services are not to be used for Mass Broadcast, such as Nationwide TV Advertising. Please get in touch with us for a consultation if you require this before ordering.

5. Our terms provide that debt collection, legal costs, and interest will be added to overdue accounts.

6. We withhold the right to refuse scripts containing explicit language or themes against our/or our voice talent’s morals.

  • Our goal is to provide high-quality voiceover services to our clients with 100% quality and customer satisfaction. vidVoices is a professional, experienced and hardworking company working with hundreds of clients worldwide.
  • Clients’ orders/briefs/projects must contain all information necessary for a voice talent to deliver your project (e.g. unique pronunciation guides). If you place an order, we immediately start working on it, and we do not accept any cancellation or refund after placing an order. If a refund, it may be in the way of a Credit Note against your account for future spending.
  • However, certain exceptional circumstances can take place regarding our production work. Therefore, we do honour the request for a refund from our Clients for the following reasons:
    • Non-delivery of work: due to some technical issue, if our company fails to provide work within a decided time.
    • Refunds provided due to a disagreement regarding potential unmoral/explicit scripting may be provided in the form of an Account Credit or maybe minus refund payment fees.

  • Clients’ orders/briefs/projects must contain all information that may necessary for voice talent to deliver your project (eg. special pronunciation guides). If our clients place an order we immediately start working on it and we do not accept any cancellation or refund after placing an order. If a refund is provided it may be in the way of a Credit Note against your account for future spend.
  • However, certain exceptional circumstances can take place regarding our production work. We do honor the request for a refund from our Clients for the following reasons:
    • Non-delivery of work: due to some technical issue if our company fails to provide work within decided time, in that case, we recommend our clients contact us for assistance. The clients may also claim for refund.
    • Refunds provided due to a disagreement regarding potential unmoral/explicit scripting may be provided in the form of an Account Credit, or may be minus refund payment fees.
