What does standard online use cover?
Standard online usage covers the normal digital places most video producers need: websites, organic social video, explainers, eLearning, internal training, sales presentations and similar online projects.
When do I need a usage quote?
Request a quote for TV, radio, cinema, paid advertising, broadcaster on-demand services or projects expected to reach more than 100,000 people. TVNZ+ and Australian broadcaster on-demand services — such as 7plus, 9Now, SBS On Demand, ABC iview and 10 — are quoted before production, including regional campaigns.
What if I want to use it on another channel later?
Please get in touch before the new use begins. Tell us the new platform, territory, campaign dates, expected reach and any media spend. We will obtain an extended-usage quote from your chosen voice talent and confirm it with you before the additional use starts.
What should I include in a usage quote request?
Start your order with the final script and preferred voice talent. Include the platform or station, campaign dates, territory (regional or nationwide), expected reach or media spend, and any client requirements. We will confirm the licence and price before production.
How do revisions work?
If the delivered read does not match the agreed brief, pronunciation guide or technical quality, we will revise it at no cost. Please send revision notes together where possible. Script changes, new direction or additions after recording may need a separate quote.
